Job Description
Under the direction of the Vice President of Human Resources, the HR Generalist is responsible for the administrative support and day to day operations of the Human Resources functions for Early Learning programs.  Position includes responsibility for providing professional HR knowledge and expertise, communications of HR programs, coordinating logistics for HR related programs and events and all HR related functions.  This person will be the HR point person for employee records, recruiting, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance and implementation of HR policies and procedures for Early Learning staff.  All work to be completed with minimum supervision and in accordance with organizational standards.
This incumbent will be expected to promote and adhere to the workplace core capabilities of: accountability, customer focus, continuous quality improvement (CQI), communication, competent people and clear priorities.
