Our team is currently looking for a Microsoft Dynamic 365 Finance and Operation candidate who possesses exceptional skills to join us on a short-term contract basis. This role is critical in supporting our large-scale, matrixed Dynamics 365 deployments and development projects.
This role will be operating on a hybrid schedule out of our Herndon, VA office with two (2) telework days a week. Due to the nature of this role, US Citizenship/Green Card/Work Authorization is required and is not eligible for sponsorship. Candidates must be able to successfully pass a public trust and security clearance, if deemed necessary.
Requirements
Lead and manage the implementation and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 with a focus on the finance and operations modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions in line with business requirements.
Oversee financial operations within the Dynamics 365 platform, including but not limited to accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Drive the integration of Dynamics 365 with other business systems and third-party applications.
Provide technical leadership and guidance in developing and customizing Dynamics 365 solutions.
Facilitate user training and support, ensuring high levels of system adoption and user satisfaction.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.
Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates, recommending and implementing improvements to optimize business processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in Dynamics 365 are highly desirable.
Minimum of 7 years of experience implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a strong focus on finance and operations modules.
Proven track record in working with large, matrixed Dynamics 365 deployments and development projects.
Strong understanding of financial processes and requirements within Dynamics 365.
Excellent project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
