Billing Specialist/ Feltham/ 35k /Full time
A leading organization is seeking a Billing specialist for the National billing team based in Feltham, the ideal candidate will be detail orientated, think outside the box and be a strong team player and ideally have experience of invoicing clients and overseas offices. This role is Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. working knowledge of 'Cargowise' would be advantageous but not essential.
Key Tasks
Import & Export billing to Customers & Overseas Agents
Intercompany Cost Control
Intercompany Queries on incorrect invoicing
Updating new client rates in internal system
Direct contact with overseas offices/agents and customersSkills and Competencies
Basic understanding of client rates or quotations for Air or Ocean freight
Understanding of the transport and logistics industry and other sectors within the business
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Office 365: Excel, SharePoint, Teams etc.
Ability to meet targets and deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail skills
