Senior Associate, Project Management

Job Description
What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Associate, Project Management, you will play a key role in working with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage end-to-end delivery of campaigns for all pending launch and live activity. You will be responsible for tracking the status of items to ensure communications are being managed both internally and externally for launch on time. 
Responsibilities:
Oversees all related efforts for end-to-end delivery of campaigns
Acts as main point of contact between the media agency and creative partners (Digital)  
Manages project deliverables from start to finish- ensuring Quality Control processes are adhered to throughout
Analyzes and prioritizes multiple activities and project needs, while establishing attainable deadlines 
Effectively monitors ad development to ensure they are delivering as promised (on time, on budget, etc.) 
Project Management of the asset handoff, QA, and revision communications
Responsible for proactive planning, with visibility into all deliverables and flags issues, risks, dependencies
