Physical Therapist

We are currently hiring for the position of Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist at NCG Associates, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their physical abilities and improve their quality of life through personalized therapy plans.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and limitations
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient goals
Administer a wide range of therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and functional abilities
Utilize specialized equipment and modalities to facilitate the rehabilitation process
Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care
Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care
Stay updated with the latest advancements and research in the field of physical therapy through continuous education
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Licensure as a Physical Therapist
Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred
Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in various physical therapy techniques, assessments, and interventions
Strong ability to assess patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)

Overtime: Would be discussed during interview

Length of assignments: 13 weeks
Guarantee Hours: 36hrs
Time Scheduled: 08:00am-4:30pm
License Required:  NPTE
Certificate Required: BLS (AHA)
