Flint Hydraulics - OEM Aftermarket Sales Analyst

Flint Hydraulics is looking for a candidate who wants to take the next step in their technical career to join our 100% employee owned company. Flint Hydraulics is dedicated to the world-wide distribution of original and replacement hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, and hydraulic pump replacement parts for heavy mobile and industrial equipment.
We’re recruiting an OEM Aftermarket Sales Analyst to support the sales department by identifying and addressing process issues, proposing, and implementing changes, and streamlining templates and tools.
Responsibilities:
1. Processing New Assemblies:
Receive sales requests for new assemblies.
Add approved assemblies to the company's ERP software, P21, ensuring all relevant details are correctly inputted.
Update the Flint Model Number Database with new assembly information to maintain comprehensive records.
2. Researching and Processing OEM and CHM Replacement Assemblies:
Gather information on OEM and CHM replacement assemblies from various sources such as Sales, Shop, and Management.
Verify the authenticity and compatibility of replacement parts.
Input approved OEM and CHM replacement assemblies into P21 and relevant support databases.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of OEM replacements into the company's systems.
3. Prioritizing Additions:
Follow prioritization guidelines provided by management to determine the order in which OEM and CHM additions should be processed.
Ensure that urgent requests are addressed promptly while maintaining a balance with regular workflow.
4. Error Identification and Rectification:
Review previous additions for any inaccuracies or discrepancies.
Identify errors in assembly information, pricing, or database entries.
Take corrective actions to rectify errors and ensure data integrity in P21 and support databases.
5. Ensuring Accuracy in Assembly Pricing:
Verify pricing information for new assemblies to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Requirements
Education/Experience:
 High school diploma or GED preferred.
 Certified Fluid Power Hydraulic Specialist preferred.
 Other technical certifications or degrees may be considered.
 Experience as described below may be accepted in lieu of education.
Desired Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or technical fields preferred.
 Previous hands-on mechanical experience strongly preferred.
 Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
 Education as described above may be accepted in lieu of experience.
