Trisian-Global Consulting LLC is seeking a NetApp Storage - Systems Administrator to deploy storage systems, manage Veeam and other backup solutions, manage and maintain corporate systems and networks.  This is a full time position working on-site in Memphis, TN.
No C2C, W2 only
Responsibilities:
Partner with colleagues to design, deploy NetApp storage systems, manage Veeam and other backup solutions, and other core infrastructure. 
Monitor performance; troubleshoot issues across servers, storage, and backups. Identify opportunities for improvement. 
Develop and maintain thorough documentation diagrams, playbooks, specifications. 
Automate tasks through scripting (PowerShell). Streamline processes using ITSM tools. 
Collaborate and share knowledge with team members. Foster an inclusive, respectful team culture. 
Provide excellent stakeholder service through prompt issue resolution and clear communication.
Remain current on emerging technologies. 
Contribute innovative ideas.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.
Proven years of deep experience, and strength of expertise with managing enterprise infrastructure and systems.
Strong documentation skills - architectures, procedures, troubleshooting guides.
Extensive experience with server and storage hardware - installation, configuration, maintenance, lifecycle management. Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware issues.
Expertise with Veeam and backups in general - design, implementation, management, monitoring, backup/recovery.
In-depth knowledge of NetApp storage systems. Skilled at configuration, connectivity, optimization, troubleshooting.
Strong background in designing and managing disaster recovery (DR) solutions.
Outstanding expertise with Azure storage and related services.
Strong PowerShell scripting skills to automate tasks and streamline management.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals - switching, routing, firewalls, load balancing.
Experience integrating network infrastructure with servers/storage.
Knowledge of Linux operating systems and ability to administer Linux servers.
Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluid articulation and comprehension, able to explain technical concepts clearly.

•Expert-level knowledge of on-prem and cloud solutions including VMware vSphere, Azure, NetApp, PowerShell.
•Able to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and develop detailed implementation plans.
•Strong documentation skills - architectures, procedures, troubleshooting guides.
•Uses ITSM tools extensively - ticketing, change control, knowledge management.
•Continuous improvement mindset - identifies opportunities to optimize stability, security, efficiency.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluid articulation and comprehension, able to explain technical concepts clearly.
