My Freight Brokerage Client is looking for a Dynamic & High-Performing new business Business Development Representative, specializing in Domestic FTL, LTL, Flatbed sales, to join their growing & exciting team in the US.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be tasked with generating and prospecting new leads, actively hunting and winning business from new customers.
Responsibilities Include:
Prospecting and proactively pursuing new business opportunities within the target market.
Booking and conducting meetings with new customers via F2F, Teams/Zoom.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
Keep on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
Essential Experience Required:
Self-motivated & Strong communication skills
Results orientated with the ability to meet & exceed sales targets
