Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC is currently accepting applications for a GROUNDSKEEPER / PORTER for The Edison Apartments in Memphis, Tennessee. Groundskeepers are responsible for all aspects of maintaining the apartment community common areas.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of chemical usage and safety requirements
Must have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license and proof of insurance
Must pass credit check, background check and drug screening
