Your responsibilities
Install, modify, and make minor repairs to computer and communications hardware and software systems
Manage incidents of Operations
Coordinate with the Logistics and Purchasing Global.
Be responsible for automatic lines, Opcenter and Workbox
Investigate problem areas
Maintain system functionality by testing computer components.
Help to maintain networks
Consult with users to determine appropriate hardware and software needs and assist in placing orders
Maximize computer systems capabilities by studying technical applications and making recommendations.
Test compatibility of new programs with existing ones
Gather data to identify and evaluate technical purchasing options
Install software and necessary applications for workflow
Train users on new software in person or through a variety of tutorial channels, including self-guided training videos, user manuals, and digital instruction pages
Carry out software, network, and database performance tuning
Document hardware and software updates
Keep up to date on technical advancements by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies
Prepare reference material for users by drafting operation instructions
Participate in actions and workshops to improve the KPI’s.
Requirements
Technical degree or above in computer science, information systems, or related field Siemens OP Center Knowledge
Experience with Typescript types
Experience with Linux ecosystem (Usage & Utility commands, Terminal, etc.)
Experience with relational databases and SQL language
Experience with Git
Knowledge of Docker.
Knowledge of Sequelize ORM.
Knowledge with Cloud (AWS).
Experience with PLCs
Knowledge of frameworks such as Angular 2
Required to be on-site
Speaks English Fluently

The ability to communicate technical information understandably to non-technical employees
