ARServices is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to work in the Pensacola, FL area.
A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:
Assess and analyze datasets for quality, completeness, relevance, trend, and correlation.
Generate reports highlighting key findings, performance indicators, and actionable insights.
Apply advanced data mining techniques to extract patterns, correlations, and valuable information from simple and complex datasets.
Provide a comprehensive analysis of mined data to support organizational goals.
Develop and implement predictive models, algorithms, methodologies, and statistical analyses for forecasting and decision support.
Communicate, collaborate, and coordinate with other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure effective deployment of data science solutions.
Conduct in-depth business analysis including but not limited to gap analysis, cost-benefit analysis, change management, user acceptance testing, quality assurance, and business process mapping.
Deliver reports with strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency and achieve organizational objectives.
Design, configure, and implement workflows using SharePoint Online’s Power Automate and Power Apps to support the Navy Training Process (NTP).
Set up and configure SharePoint Online sites based on the business requirements.
Provide the following: program analysis, data management, analysis of government approved documents, business management analysis, meetings and conferences, project management, reporting, data science, instructional design, and RRL analysis and conversion process.
Other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
Security Clearance Requirement:
Active/current Secret clearance is required.
 
Required Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in education, mathematics, statistics, business, law, engineering, social sciences, physical/applied science or a management discipline such as business administration, accounting, finance, economics or management information technology.
Five (5) or more years of experience in data analysis, statistical analysis, financial analysis, marketing or public affairs, and complex problem solving.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with the federal budget process, PPBE, and Navy POM planning.
Experience with Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Project.
Strong communication skills.
