Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor engineers: Guide and support a team of professionals to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
- Project management and coordination: Oversee the planning, analysis, and design of stormwater and watershed management projects, stream restorations, and drainage design initiatives.
- Client and stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with clients, sub-consultants, and internal teams to deliver top-quality solutions that align with project goals and exceed expectations.
Requirements:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field: Utilize your educational background to drive innovations in modeling and drainage design.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience (8 years with M.S.): Leverage your extensive experience in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to lead impactful projects.
- Licensed PE in Texas for over 3 years: Demonstrate your commitment to professional excellence and compliance with regulatory standards.
