As the Transportation Business Practice Leader, you'll be responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of the transportation projects through budgeting, hiring team members, sourcing suppliers and planning the project release.
Responsibilities:
* Acting as as Senior Project Manager and Business Leader to effectively ensure project quality and client relationships.
* Provide guidance and leadership by overseeing junior staff, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
* Spearhead project management activities including planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management to achieve project objectives efficiently.
* Leading and conducting business development activities while maintaining current relations.
Requirements:
* BS in Civil Engineering and Texas Professional Engineer.
* 15 years+ progressive experience in similar roles with transportation planning and design
* Previous TxDOT experience
* Proven business development and project management experience and success
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
This role can be located in Austin, Houston or San Antonio on a hybrid schedule.
