In this position, you will:
Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
Conduct depositions and manage discovery processes to advance litigation strategies.
Engage in settlement negotiations and represent clients in various forums.
Collaborate with a diverse and skilled team to develop and execute effective legal strategies.
Communicate directly with clients to ensure alignment on objectives and outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience and Expertise
Years of Practice: 3-5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
Trial and Arbitration Exposure: Experience preferred but not required.
Educational Credentials
Juris Doctor (JD): Degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
Bar Membership: Active Texas bar license.
