Incredible growth across MaxComply™ IQ-EQ technology and the Asset Owner Solutions division has created the opportunity for a new joiner based in the US (DFW or NYC area), to support IQ-EQ’s key objective of profitable organic growth as the technical lead. Our presence spans the globe, and you can be certain of playing a key role in listening, understanding, and delivering innovative solutions to those organisations that need it most. You will learn every day, and we expect you to bring your experiences to the table.
The role will proactively drive, direct, and develop regional growth and awareness surrounding the service offerings. Measures towards this include, but will not be limited to:
 
Contribute to and meet personal quota of client and prospect in-person or remote meetings alongside commercial teams in order to drive revenue growth through new signed contracts.
Detailed requirement gathering with preparation of new draft fee proposals for review.
Bring resolve and solutions to prospect meetings during live sessions and coordinated follow-ups, including demonstrations of the platform.
Configure SaaS platforms and understand new clients’ requirements in preparation for go-live. Customise settings and workflows to deliver best in class design for users.
Complete regular training and upskilling related to wider IQ-EQ listed services in order to deliver high quality meaningful support to team members and prospects.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge and the ability to speak with confidence on subjects surrounding financial services solutions compliance and portfolio monitoring as well as the wider Asset Owner Solutions services. Including at a minimum, KYC/AML & employee conflicts management, consolidated reporting, portfolio monitoring & investment accounting.
Proactive approach establishing personal networks, social media publications and event/conference attendance to drive an increased brand awareness, raising company profile, and greater product recognition.
Able to self-start without supervision and work maturely to organise priorities that focus on revenue generating activities.
Continually monitor global sector trends and complete competitor analysis and recommend changes with feedback delivered to wider team members.
Capture all business activity in our centralised CRM for support and visibility of pipeline.
Contribute to commercial materials, such as brochureware and decks to best match the requirements of the prospect. Serve clients by promoting products that meet customer needs through best in class market-facing collateral.
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly outputs.
Contribute to broader team activities outside of usual responsibilities to accomplish related results as needed.
Develop a consultative approach to differentiate our offering vs competition. Conduct market research, client and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
Ensure target market/sector awareness and market intelligence to support new product development & promotion
