Responsibilities
Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
Ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained at all times.
Train, inspire, and develop team members to enhance performance and skills.
Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency with our standards.
Manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
Collaborate with the management team to drive sales and achieve financial goals.
Requirements
Previous experience in a management position within a restaurant environment.
Strong leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for authentic food and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and inventory management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
