RideNow Powersports, part of the renowned RumbleOn family, is on the hunt for a dedicated and enthusiastic Powersports Service Advisor to enhance our customer experience at our dealership located in Burleson, TX. If you are someone who loves engaging with customers and has a passion for the powersports industry, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the Service Department.
Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar efficiently.
Examine customer vehicles for service needs and provide accurate estimates.
Document vehicle issues and explain repair procedures clearly to customers.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service work.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and inquiries promptly.
Advise customers on recommended services and promote complementary products.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster relationships.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company policies.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a service advisor role within the powersports or automotive industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Customer-focused attitude with a knack for problem-solving.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
Motorcycle endorsement is preferred.
Familiarity with service software and point of sale systems is a plus.
