HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING...
Coordinate, facilitate, and track the Engage Communities actions of The Galveston Bay Plan by staffing and guiding the Public Participation and Education (PPE) committee of the Galveston Bay Council, including work groups of the PPE committee.
Organize the informational needs of the program, including program websites, developing public information materials for staff, media, stakeholder groups, partners, and the public.
Plan and execute public information programs, conferences, seminars, workshops, and meetings.
Procure goods and services through contracts and inter-agency agreements with outside organizations to accomplish implementation of specific initiatives and track and assure completion of deliverables.
Consult with and advise partners and stakeholders in the development and implementation of initiatives to implement Engage Communities of The Galveston Bay Plan.
