Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include mentoring junior engineers, resolving escalated support issues, and ensuring the security and performance of our networks.
Essential Functions:
Research, recommend, and maintain infrastructure technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and WAN/LAN hardware.
Experience in maintaining complex local area networks (LANs) & Wide Area Networks (WANs).
Experience in different flavors of router, switches, firewall, wireless technologies, NAC, and ZTNA such as Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, Forescout, and Riverbed
Expertise in troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
In depth knowledge on various protocols like BGP, IBGP, OSPF, IPv4 n IPv6
Establish and maintain network services globally, including WINS, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Deploy and maintain security controls such as firewalls, intrusion detection, and protection systems.
Design, implement, and support server architecture, including Windows Server, SQL, and VMWare.
Configure and maintain business-class firewalls and VPNs.
Collaborate with clients, vendors, and consultants for technical solution projects.
Provide technical support at the network level and maintain system documentation.
