General/Sales Manager - Powersports

RideNow Powersports Houston, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking a General Manager to join the largest powersports organization in the country.
The ideal candidate needs proven success in Powersports General Management or General Sales Management experience.

Responsibilities:
Implement & execute retail best practices to drive company sales objectives.
Support all sales department related activities: desk management to include deal structuring, presenting numbers, closing deals, daily sales meetings, sales process training, showroom floor, and inventory management.
Hiring, training, motivating, counseling, monitoring the performance of sales team.
Ensure that all sales teams meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, and closes.
Lead Daily Sales Meetings
Ensure all staff is trained in accordance with training programs provided.
Interpret dealership and group related key data points to adjust daily, monthly, quarterly activity, & objectives to meet sales goals.
Assist with setting aggressive, yet realistic monthly sales goals.
Manage new/pre owned inventory
Create and drive a culture of training, employee development paths, and maintain accountability to the defined company's processes and procedures.
Identify any daily variances in key performance indicators and make adjustments as needed.
Support all sales department related activities: desk management to include deal structuring, presenting numbers, closing deals, daily sales meetings, sales process training, showroom floor, and inventory management.
Collaborate with the Regional Operations Director/Team on area, local and regional functions including inventory, accounting audits, marketing, and recruiting.
Total dealership department fiscal responsibility. To include: sales, service, parts, and lifestyle.
Ensure customer care and satisfaction by ensuring best practices are consistent throughout each department, and promptly resolving customer concerns and questions
Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years experience in a powersports dealership strongly desired, however, however, similar industries will be considered
A minimum of 2+ years in a retail management role, preferably in Powersports
Experience in F&I
Strong personal interest in and knowledge of powersports
CRM/DMS/Desking experience
Motorcycle endorsement preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals
Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Consistent and stable work history
Must have a strong knowledge of the powersports market, and an in-depth understanding of all sales departments' financial data
