CUSTOMER ACCOUNT ASSOCIATE
Fidelity Partners is seeking a customer account associate to market its direct hire services to clients such as hospitals, clinics, doctors offices, other clinical and nonclinical healthcare providers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to identify and develop customer base via multiple sources including outbound marketing leads, target lists, computerized directory lists and individual research.
Build and cultivate prospective relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow up communications.
Ability to market direct hire an permanent placement services.
Conduct research and a needs analysis of prospective customers business needs.
Work with leadership to develop and grow the sales pipeline.
Additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Highly motivated, results driven professional
Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook).
HS Diploma, Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
2 years marketing and sales related experience.
Proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
Ability to talk on the phone and work with various computer tools and applications.
Ability to type and compose written communication in various forms.
