Position Overview: 
The Vice President of Finance will play a key role in shaping the financial direction of our company, providing leadership and strategic guidance to ensure financial stability, growth, and profitability. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and results-oriented finance professional with a proven track record of driving financial performance, managing risk, and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's growth objectives and maximize shareholder value.
Oversee all financial functions, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, and internal controls.
Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to senior management and the Board of Directors, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and risk assessment.
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational goals.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
Drive process improvements and efficiencies in financial operations to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Proven track record of driving financial performance and business results in a complex and dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience leading financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
Deep understanding of financial systems, processes, and controls, with a focus on driving process improvements and efficiencies.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
