A Michigan Based company with a facility in Plymouth, MI area is currently seeking Controls Engineers for Direct Hire opportunities to join their growing team! Direct Hire! Monday through Thursday 40 hours when not travelling! Friday-Sunday long weekends.
Requirements
Qualified Controls Engineers will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:
· 3+ years of recent/relevant controls or electrical engineering experience in manufacturing. Material handling, robotics, or conveyor controls experience is a plus, but not required.
· Experience programming Allen Bradley PLC controls, including troubleshooting, de-bugging, and writing code from scratch and using a template.
· Travel is anticipated to be between 15-30% overnight. Travel offers overtime at premium rates.
· Must be able to work in the United Stated (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered).
· Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.
Benefits
The Controls Engineers position is paid hourly, with pay rates anticipated to be $80,000-$110,000 salary based on each candidate's experience and education. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, 401k, and more.
