Job Description
In this position you will work with the engineering team to develop new products and improve existing ones by participating in the design, build, debug and testing processes.
Job Duties Include (but not limited to):
Build and test electro-mechanical prototypes from concept to production representative samples.
Assemble printed circuit boards by soldering surface mount and through hole components.
Must be competent in circuit troubleshooting and use of the associated tools (e.g. O-Scope, Digital Multi Meter, etc.)
Perform functional and reliability testing.
Analyze and report on test results.
Analyze customer returns to establish the root cause of failure and recommend solutions and follow up with Customer Service, Engineering and Manufacturing to implement product improvements.
Troubleshoot electronic and electro-mechanical devices and work with engineering to resolve product issues.
