Labor and Employment Attorney

Direct Counsel is actively seeking a talented and experienced attorney to join a top firm in their esteemed Labor and Employment department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in labor and employment law, with a particular emphasis on wage and hour class action cases.
Responsibilities:
Handle a variety of employment litigation matters, including both single plaintiff and class action cases.
Provide expert legal advice and counseling on employment law matters to clients.
Utilize strong research and analytical skills to address complex legal issues.
Collaborate with the Labor and Employment team to develop and implement legal strategies.
Requirements:
Admitted to the State Bar of California.
3 or more years of specific experience in labor and employment law.
Proven expertise in wage and hour class action cases.
Strong academic credentials.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in traditional labor law.
Demonstrated success in providing employment law advice and client counseling.
Compensation:
Salary between $210,000 and $260,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
