Marketing is a critical lever for Robert Bosch growth and success in today’s collaborative business environment. We are looking for a passionate and driven colleague to be a part of the Marketing team at Bosch Software and Digital Solutions (SDS) based in the United States.
Candidate should be able and willing to spend up to 1 month in India for immersion. This will happen after 1 to 2 months of joining the organization.
Plan, coordinate, implement and oversee integrated field and digital marketing campaigns that support B2B sales across the buyer’s journey.
Work closely with regional sales head with respect to activating sales enablement channels.
Work very closely with SDS central marketing team to move forward with campaigns etc and also adhering to SDS central marketing guidelines set for them.
Work with sales teams, partnership & alliance, multiple marketing stakeholders, campaign teams and external agencies, across US and India, to generate new executive-level contacts and then convert them into sales-qualified leads via ongoing nurture campaigns.
Research on market segments, specifically audience personas, industry trends and competition to create specific messaging and content for personas
Work on local events, industry relations, media, research as part of the local marketing plan.
Manage end-to-end lead handling process including data aggregation, scoring, and stage visibility
Push innovation through digital channels pilots to develop new approaches for enhancing user experience and campaign performance
Will be responsible for lead generation on topics aligned with NA sales
Will be responsible for managing channels – Linked In, Blogs / Articles on major websites and provide necessary content for the region
Identify events where we participate, Project some of the leaders in Industry forums…build their profile.
Single point of contact for managing collaterals and brochures. Need to build and promote it US specific
Help establish processes and templates to streamline campaign management and ensure consistency
Support in benchmarking and refining campaign KPIs Requirements
Will contribute effectively towards building a $5m to $6m Total Contract Value pipeline for this region
