Founding Culture Associate

Excelsior Village Academies, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Founding Culture Associate. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a positive and inclusive culture at our school. This Position reports to the Dean of Students.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of a school-wide culture and character education program.
Support the planning and execution of school-wide events and activities.
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and community members to promote a positive and inclusive school culture.
Provide support and resources to teachers and staff to reinforce positive behavior and student engagement.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with best practices in character education and school culture.
Requirements
Passion for promoting a positive and inclusive school culture.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Understanding of and experience with character education.
Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a related field.
Previous experience in education or youth development is a plus.
