Responsibilities:
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's 2nd Processing department. Your responsibilities will include:
Training, directing, and developing hourly employees to foster a culture of excellence.
Ensuring the quality of finished products meets the highest standards.
Identifying and implementing new methods of production to enhance efficiency and productivity.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
4 or more years of supervisory experience in poultry processing.
An AA or BS degree is desired but not mandatory.
Proficiency in all areas of 2nd processing, with specific emphasis on Cut-up and Cryovac.
Familiarity with HACCP, SPC, and plant efficiencies related to yield, lbs./birds pmh, line speeds, and automatic process equipment.
Additional Information:
This is a direct hire position.
Onsite setting.
Salary range: $63,000 - $73,000 Per Year.
