Caring for the Capitol — part of Caring for Family of Companies — is seeking a high caliber Executive Director dedicated to unparalleled professionalism, process adherence, growth and business development, relationship development of community partners, and oversight of the administrative staff and branch operations.

 Scope of Duties
At Caring for Family of Companies we look for people with a nurturing spirit and a genuine desire to support and care for others. In this role, you can expect some or all of the following duties:
Oversee the Branch Operations and administrative staff
Build and maintain a vibrant network of referral partnerships
Develop comprehensive Care Plans for new Clients
Manage the ongoing growth and development of the Branch
Other duties as assigned
Salem Oregon Service Area – including Salem, Keizer, Dallas, McMinnville, Woodburn, Newberg, Marion County
Requirements
        Strong sales, relationship management, and business development skills
         A desire to be out in the community networking and building referral pipelines
         Excellent management and interpersonal skills
         Accuracy and attention to detail
         Excellent collaboration skills and team mindset
         Strong interpersonal, discretion, and judgment skills
         Proficiency with technology and electronic devices
         Sense of warmth, welcome, and professionalism
