The Position:
The successful candidate for this position will be working for an east coast leader and will be responsible for the direction, coordination, execution, and completion of high-level structural steel projects.

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for a thorough understanding of each project's definition, scope, goals, and deliverables.
* Responsible for execution and improvement of project schedules, budgets, and technical performances
* May manage multiple projects in various stages of completion, depending upon size and complexity.
* Manage and coordinate all shop drawings, field drawings, and all other project details with general contractors, field personnel, and other involved parties.
* Select and manage cost-effective subcontractors and negotiate all project contracts.
* Conduct formal/ informal status meetings with all concerned stakeholders.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of increasing responsibility in project management positions with a focus on structural or Misc steel.
* Strong working knowledge of construction drawings and blueprints, with the ability to read design documents and specifications.
* Understanding of general construction contract and subcontract terminology.
