About the team:
What you will be doing:
• This is a client specific role and involves interaction with the tech teams of a large Financial Institution on a regular basis
• As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for understanding all the platforms that the FI uses and the end to end flow for processing between FIS and the FI. Analyzing the impact of platform changes to the FI, troubleshooting the issues along with the client tech teams and helping them understand the details of the resolution will be a big part of this role. The role requires availability on a on-call basis to get on bridge calls with the client as and when needed.
• Any previous experience in Debit processing, chargebacks or other banking areas is a big plus
What you will need:
• Expertise with end-to-end systems development life cycles and a background leading large projects.
• Five or more years in a distributed and heterogeneous computing environment, working with relational or hierarchical databases.
• Experience designing and implementing applications in a shared service bureau environment.
• Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design-based tools and techniques.
• A bachelor’s in computer science or engineering, or the equivalent experience – post-graduate education desired.
