Business Development / Account Executive

Objective of the Position:
Qualify, acquire, service, maintain and expand client base. Obtain and negotiate terms of job orders solicited from the business community. Prospect, source, and develop new business.
Key Responsibilities:
Client development and Account Management
Maintain performance standards and increase sale for temporary and permanent placements.
Interface with clients as needed to identify needs, develop and present company solutions, and obtain job orders either through marketing calls, responses to requests, or referrals.
Continuously develop applicant base through recruiting, reactivating, reassigning, and referrals.
May respond to client and candidate questions, requests, ideas, suggestions, and grievances.
Maintain accurate records including timely data entry into database of recruiting and order fulfillment activity.
Maximize gross margin dollars and full time cash-in by utilizing the company's business philosophy and sales techniques.
Interface with Manager, Regional Manager, and Key Accounts when appropriate.
Recruit, Screen, Evaluate, and Match qualified candidates to the clients' specific job order requirements to ensure client retention.

2+ years of related sales/business development
Ability to work in fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
