H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking an IT Service Continuity Analyst. The IT Service Continuity Analyst will report to the IT Service Continuity Process Owner, providing end-to-end process management support.  
 
The IT Service Continuity Analyst responsibilities will include:
·        Draft standards and procedures documents reflecting industry best practice, in compliance with DoD policies, align with NIST standards for Federal Information Systems and in conform to the Naval Organizational structure.
·        Engages with service owners/managers and other subject matter experts (e.g., technology, information security, risk management) to ensure that specialized topics are appropriately addressed, and that documentation is fit for purpose Continual Service or Process Improvements (CxI).
·        Produce deliverables to establish/support a process to identify and update continuity requirements of mission critical services. Develop a thorough understanding and address weaknesses or sites or services that may affect the mission by coordinating with mission customers, operations and service owners to document desired outcomes, objectives and requirements.
·        Lead cross functional coordination between operations, mission customers, and service management practitioners to identify critical service and functions, and prioritize services to allow for better utilization of resources during recovery.
·        Work collaboratively with the Service Owners, Managers and Continual Improvement teams across organizations to take lessons learned from scheduled testing and exercises as well as real world events to improve service availability and performance.
·        Supports cycles of continual improvement and risk assessment.
·        Coordinate requirements for a PEO Digital Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to document consequences of disruption of a business function/process and aid in development of transformation/modernization efforts that support redundancy and recovery strategies.
·        Coordinate across multiple organizations to service providers, service owners, service managers, operations and mission customers regarding test and exercise schedules, test and real world outputs, and prioritization planning.
·        Support IT Service Continuity Owner in documenting procedures for identified mission essential functions.
·        Provide SME support for IT Service Continuity for Navy (Mission Essential Functions) MEFs, contract requirements, and creation of NEN Service Contingency Plans.
·        Support IT Service Continuity Process Owner in managing documentation for identified mission essential services.
·        Assist in review and coordination of ITSCM CDRLs – Test Plans, Test Procedures, Test Reports, After Action Reports (AAR), Continuity of Service Plans and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
·        Review and engage with CSI on improvement recommendations from test reports and AARs.

Requirements
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Demonstrated effectiveness at decision-making, problem-solving and collaboration.
Active Secret Clearance.
