The Knowledge Manager - SharePoint will be responsible for knowledge management activities. The Knowledge Manager shall develop and refine organizational standard operating procedures, design and improve information sharing throughout the organization, and coordinate training/exercise planning for all personnel. The Knowledge Manager shall be responsible for continuity of services as data sources evolve to changes in the customer's technical computing environment as well as by mandates from parent organizations. 
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Create, edit, and manage a collaborative SharePoint site to coordinate operations, documentation, and training.
Coordinate schedule and logistics for all organizational training in support of operational requirements.
Coordinate and manage internal training calendars and post and advertise available classes.
Advise and assist all personnel with their applicable position training requirements and assist all personnel in registration of training classes.
Administer all aspects of the organization’s web presence, to include development and refinement of current SharePoint instances and any future requirements.
Maintain format and content for the existing documents and repositories.
Maintain the organization’s personnel recall roster and point of contact databases.
Track the training of the organization’s personnel to ensure compliance with internal organizational qualification requirements.
Format correspondence, briefs, and operational products.
Develop and manage the methods to capture, share, and better utilize organizational knowledge.
Provide support required to maintain accreditation to include documentation and technical writing support as needed.
Requirements
Certification Requirements: This position will require DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II compliance. Selected candidate must hold a valid IAT Level II certification.
Education/ Experience: A bachelor's degree and seven (7) years of relevant experience is required.
Security Clearance: An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required. Applicant selected will be subject to security investigation(s) and must maintain eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
