We are hiring for Skilled Production Roles for our Client in Rochester, NY. Our client is a large national printing company looking to add skilled talent to their production team. We are currently looking to fill the following roles. 
Press Operator 
The overall effort of this position is to maintain and operate specific bindery equipment and perform fulfillment and shipping operations. Perform routine machine setup procedures and safely operate various bindery machines, including but not limited to cutting, binding, laminating, case-making, and punching/wire-o machines. Ensure a consistent, high level of quality for stationery, calendars, note cards, notebooks, envelopes, and photo book products produced in accordance with quality standards.
Ensure customer SLAs are met for on-time delivery. Participate in continuously improving cycle times while reducing defects and increasing productivity. Perform quality checks for all products processed and verify their components, quantities,
timeliness, prioritization, and accuracy. Actively participate and follow safe working practices in a factory environment
Directly support the shift supervisor and area leads in the daily production operations. Work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required by the shift supervisor. Maintain accurate timecards through proper use of the punch clock. Other Duties as Assigned
Pack and Ship Operator
The overall effort of this position is to perform all pack and ship functions, including the execution of daily carrier pickup (closeout) functions. Facilitate daily carrier pickups, ensuring all reports have been run and the proper paperwork
processed. Ensure a consistent, high level of quality for all products, including books, cards, calendars, dye sublimation, flatbed printed, and stretched canvas products produced according to quality standards. Ensure customer SLAs are met for on-time delivery. Actively participate and follow safe working practices in a factory environment. Directly support the shift supervisor and area leads in the daily production operations. Work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required by the shift supervisor. Maintain accurate timecards through proper use of the punch clock.
Bindery Operator
The overall effort of this position is to maintain and operate specific print and finishing equipment for gifting products, as well as perform fulfillment and shipping operations. Perform routine machine setup procedures and safely operate various print and finishing machines, including but not limited to printing, trimming, assembly, and sublimation machines. Ensure a consistent, high level of quality for dye sublimation, flatbed printed, and stretched canvas products produced in accordance with quality standards. Ensure customer SLAs are met for on-time delivery Participate in continuously improving cycle times while reducing defects and increasing productivity Perform quality checks for all products processed and verify their components, quantities, timeliness, prioritization, and accuracy Actively Participate and follow safe working practices in a factory environment Directly support the shift supervisor and area leads in the daily production operations Work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by shift supervisor Maintain accurate timecards through proper use of the punch clock
Other Duties as Assigned
