Cascade Engineering services Inc. is looking for an Engineer who's responsible for planning, testing, reporting and implementation of reliability activities for the development and manufacturing of consumer electronic products.
BSEE or BS Physics with electrical courses (circuit theory, Computer architecture, RF, EMC)
RF experience is preferred
Positive go getter, wants to learn, comfortable in: (a) owning own mistakes and learn from it (b) expressing what he/she does not know
Communication: Good written and verbal. Ability to Listen, interpret and understand others point of views
Computer skill: Experience and ease in using Windows, MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Worked in some lab environment and used basic measurement tools/equipment like Multi Meter, Oscilloscope, Signal Generators, etc.
Experience in the use of RF test equipment such as: VNA, TDR, Spectrum Analyzers, EMI receivers, and high-bandwidth oscilloscopes
EMC compliance test and mitigation experience
Knowledge of RF principles, EMC testing and design and EMC regulatory requirements.
Understanding of EMC compliance requirements for ITE (minimum for the USA/CA and EU – worldwide a plus)
Some troubleshooting experiences
Experience with TILE test software
Experience in developing EMC test plans, analyzing EMC compliance test data, writing EMC compliance test specifications/procedures, and interpreting regulatory EMC standards for Information Technology equipment (ITE).
