Newly created site-based role for an Accounts Supervisor who can head up a small transactional finance team
The Company
Seymour John are delighted to be exclusively supporting our client on a newly created role owing to a recent restructure within the Finance Team. This business has seen significant growth in recent years both organically and by acquisition, with future growth plans in place.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the FD working as part of a collaborative finance team, you will be responsible for a small team where duties will include:
* Day to day supervision of 3 staff to ensure the accurate processing of both purchase and sales ledger efficiently.
* Cover transaction processing where necessary.
* Process sales and purchase ledger month end tasks within set targets.
* Managing supplier payments.
* Daily and weekly bank reconciliations.
* Cashflow forecasting and reporting.
* Process improvements projects alongside the FD.
Personal Profile
We are looking to speak to candidates with prior experience in a senior transactional processing role who are open to supporting process improvement alongside the FD. You will excellent transactional finance processing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Benefits and Hours
Hours – 8-6 site open – typical hours 8.30am-5.00pm
22 days + statutory bank holidays and birthday off
