Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and establishing relationships with potential clients.
Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's customer base and drive revenue growth.
Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitability and adherence to company objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to align strategies and achieve business goals.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company's products and services.
Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition and unique selling points of the company.
Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate strategies.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving results.
Experience in the technology or software industry (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (required).
