Job Description
Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of materials and documents to customers and stakeholders and providing exceptional customer service. In this position you are required to represent Watson Security/KENDELL professionally. This position requires the ability to pass a MVR to be insured under KENDELL’s insurance policy.
Conduct vehicle inspections before departing to deliver materials
Pack and load construction materials onto trucks according to company specifications
Unload materials on site in designated areas specified by the customers/clients
Assist in Shipping and Receiving
Deliver to designated sites including job sites, construction zones, drop-off sites, and other KENDELL facilities
Review deliveries with customers to ensure materials/orders are accurate and not damaged
Maintain communication between internal staff and customers
Communicate with internal and external staff to problem-solve any discrepancies with shipments
Communicate schedules and delays to customer/clients and internal staff
Obtain delivery confirmations form each customer/client
