JOB TITLE:Procurement Analyst 1
LOCATION:Seattle, Washington
ONSITE REQUIREMENT:Hybrid Tuesday-Thursday onsite inSeattle
SHIFTS:1st shift
DURATION:12 months
DAY TO DAY:
* Process in SAP the fulfillment of open purchase orders and coordinates with suppliers, internal stakeholders and customers for recovery schedules and improvements to meet demand requirements.
* Input data, run queries, perform all updates in SAP.
* Utilizes procurement/planning systems to ensure planning, validation, and maintaining of all requirements for procurement analysis.
* Communicates with procurement agents, managers, internal customers, and outside suppliers to identify and resolve issues associated with the procurement cycle.
* Primary support to SBM
MUST HAVES:
* SAP experience
* Microsoft Office Suit experience
* Data analysis experience
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
* Prefer College degree, experience with MRP and finance systems
