POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Senior Project Architect with a minimum of 10 years of post-bachelor degree professional experience in Hospitality. You will have the opportunity to learn from and, in turn, shape large-scale, world-class hospitality projects in diverse urban and rural contexts around the globe.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Minimum 10-15 years of post-bachelors degree Architecture firm experience. 
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or another related field
An innovative style and an interest in sustainability issues and research and development, and project delivery
Experience working in Luxury Hospitality (Hotels, F&B, and Resorts)  
An ability to demonstrate deep knowledge and comprehension of all phases of project design from pre-design through construction administration 
A strong team member with a passion to manage projects with high expectations for design excellence and client satisfaction 
Significant experience coordinating in-house team production as well as coordinating directly with clients, builders, and consultant teams.
Must have a solid track record of project delivery success 
Experience with management tools such as Deltek, Smartsheet and other project management tools

A Detail and task-oriented work manner with a passion for excellence 
Pro-active and dynamic in their experiences and leadership
Nice to have skills -
Experience with production tools such as - Revit, Adobe etc.  
Experience working with Large projects, High-end residential, Hospitality (Hotels, F&B, and Resorts), Workplace, or Multi-use
BENEFITS
At the time of posting this job, the hiring range for this position in Seattle is between $115,000 and $125,000 annually. Final salary decisions are made based upon the candidate’s education and experience and considering internal equity and external market factors.
