We are looking for a Group Account Director to take a key position at SPCSHP in Seattle. This role requires a true leader who is strategically minded with strong creative sensibilities and an entrepreneurial spirit. The ideal candidate will have experience with holistic campaigns inclusive of digital, social, web, video, content and have a strong ability to identify and secure growth opportunities. An innate curiosity of internet culture, and the ability to champion SPCSHP’s work, culture and process are crucial. 
You must feel comfortable working with and leading individuals at all levels within our client’s organizations and be able to work across cross-functional teams (social, strategy, design, analytics and technology). You must be able to understand marketing planning processes and ensure that client deliverables and expectations are not only met, but exceeded. This role will also require providing thought leadership, partnering with other agency leads, managing and collaborating with social strategy and content personnel. You must be both strategic and hands-on, have a strong management sensibility and be 100% committed to delivering fantastic creative ideas that deliver on client objectives. Role + Responsibilities:
Partners with Director level through CMO level client contacts across business units, while maintaining a presence with the day-to-day client team
Leads multiple tracks of campaign development and management work
Possess the ability to sell advanced strategic concepts, drive initiatives, and live the Agency’s values
Demonstrate micro and macro knowledge of the client’s business with continuous research of brand, its categories, and competitors
Demonstrate micro and macro knowledge of the advertising industry and how to get great work done
Responsible for the development of the highest quality creative work by sharing knowledge of the client/business/brand and demonstrating strong creative judgment
Have a finger on the pulse of clients’ cross channel marketing, including social presence, social trends, and channel shifts
Devises short-term and long-term brand, social and digital strategies in partnership with Group Strategy Director
Ensure smooth running of finances and administrative systems
Has experience with scoping, timeline creation, project management, margin, and revenue growth in close partnership with project management, production and finance teams.
Problem solves day-to-day account issues as needed
Accurately forecast and plans for growth opportunities
Identifies and secures additional business opportunities for agency and growth opportunities for clients
Manage direct reports
Have a perspective on the account discipline practice and a passion contributing to discipline culture
Will be reporting into the VP, Account management or Managing Director and interacting closely with the agency C-suite
Requirements
10+ years as a brand steward and business partner to senior-level clients; with at least 4 recent years within the social media space
Must be willing to be at clients office up to 3x a week based in Seattle
Experience in delivering/managing integrated social marketing campaigns required
Experience working with VP level and C-suite Agency Team
Experience working with VP level and C-suite Client Team
Experience in delivering/managing multiple integrated social marketing campaigns at once is required
Experience managing a large multidisciplinary global account
Excellent communication/presentation skills
Excellent management skills
Ability and proven track record in selling cross-disciplinary work
Has directed a portfolio of business exceeding multiple millions in revenue
Ability to understand, interpret and report on all financial aspects of the account. Including actuals, projections, margin, and overall health
