Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Assess, monitor, and document patient status and progress.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes promptly.
Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and patients' families to develop and implement a comprehensive care plan.
Educate patients and their families about cardiac conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cardiac Progressive Care (CPCU).
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
