We are seeking to hire a Scheduler to coordinate services between clients and caregivers for the continuous fulfillment of the schedules to best meet the client's needs. The scheduler is responsible for all caregivers’ interactions.  The scheduler ensures proper staffing of all client’s cases with field employees and works closely with the clinical directors to ensure client satisfaction with services. 
This is a full-time, Monday - Friday, 32 hours per week, on-site position.
This position will remain open through the end of day on May 1st, 2024.

Your Responsibilities as the Scheduler:
Works independently and creatively and problem solves to create a comprehensive and workable staff schedule per discipline
Assists in keeping schedule updated in electronic medical record (EMR)
Maintain record of staff availability
Collaborates with field staff for patient scheduling needs
Assigns patients to available staff with regard to continuity of care, clinical competence, and geographic location.
Coordinates patient schedules following the clinician's plan of care and informs staff of schedule changes or other pertinent patient specific information
Collaborates with patients and caregivers regarding schedule changes
Demonstrates understanding of payer sources
Demonstrates proficiency in clinical computer system including scheduling in appropriate patient episodes
Maintains staff attendance records as requested, i.e. attendance tracker and time off calendar
Assists with scheduling in other areas as needed, i.e. covers vacation  
Other duties as assigned

Proof of Flu Vaccine (October – April)

Two-step TB test
