International Service Engineer: Lismar Inc. (Sturtevant, Wisconsin) has a vacancy for an Engineer (electrical
engineering) who takes care of installations, maintenance, repair and calibration of its inspection equipment, EDT
and machine controls for the steel and aluminum industry.

an intensive process? Then we are looking for you as an International Service Engineer at Lismar Inc!
 
After a 6-month training period, which will partly take place at our headquarters in the Netherlands, you will be
independently deployed worldwide, but mainly in the US, Canada and Mexico, for Installations, maintenance, repair
and calibration of our customer-specific inspection systems and machine controls. Because large steel and
aluminum producers rely on our expertise, you have a unique position.
 
Average 80% of the working time, you are at the customer from only one day to a maximum of 3 working weeks to
carry out the work to both our Roll , EDT and Grinding Technology Systems.
 
The rest of the time you will be in the office and/or working from home for administrative processing, reports and
processing customer visits, answering technical question from our clients or repairing parts sent by the customer to
our workshop in Grand Rapids.
 
Requirements
The Ideal person
• You have a bachelor degree electrical engineering or sufficient experience to work at this level;
• You have experience as an Engineer and you know what it means to be deployed internationally at customers;
• In any case, you have experience with electronics, PC’s, PLC’s and mechanics;
• Experience with NDT (Non Destructive Testing), mainly Eddy current and Ultrasound measurement technique;
• Experience with Electro Discharging Texturing,
• Experience with rolling mills is a plus;
• It is important that you are willing to travel most of the time, can work independently and you are familiar
with the flexibility required for this.
