A hospital in central Pennsylvania has an opening for a Physician Assistant to provide Emergency Medicine locum coverage.
Location: Altoona, PA & Bedford, PA
Opportunity Details:
Schedule: 12-hour shifts Night shifts 7p-7a
Wide variety of ED patients with focus on lower acuity
Patient Mix: 80% adult, 20% peds
EMR: Cerner
Paid travel & lodging: Mileage only - Must be local enough to drive in
Must have minimum 2 years experience as a Emergency Medicine PA
Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS through AHA or Red Cross; Stroke Certified
Active PA License
Cred timeline: 90 days
