What You Will Do:
We have an opportunity for a highly motivated person whose work will reflect Instron’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Working from home, out of the Grand Rapids, Michigan area, you will be responsible for traveling to customer sites to perform a variety of services including verification, preventative maintenance, repair, and installation, on a wide range of Instron’s products.
You will be provided with a company vehicle, appropriate tools/equipment, including a laptop computer, cell phone, and MI-FI device and the assurance that you have the support of well-established service operation. You will have regional responsibility in the greater Grand Rapids area. Occasional travel to other locations in the US may be required, as much as up to about 40% overnight travel.
