Physical Therapy Receptionist

Cadence Physical Therapy Co in Buffalo Grove, IL, is actively seeking a dedicated full-time Patient Care Coordinator / Receptionist to join our expanding outpatient physical therapy practice.

Job responsibilities will include:
Greeting and welcoming patients upon their arrival
Managing phone calls
Scheduling appointments for patients
Ensuring patient adherence to scheduled appointments
Collecting payments from patients
Overseeing our call log
Handling new patient intake and communication
Preparing weekly reports
Keeping the front office and waiting area tidy
Explaining benefits to newly evaluated patients
Assisting patients through the sales process to ensure they are fully signed up for care
Scheduling follow-up appointments post-evaluation
Managing patient billing, including accurate collection of patient dues
Performing data entry tasks with proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and basic data entry skills
Filing insurance claims

This is a full-time, salaried position offering additional benefits. It requires availability for 8-hour workdays. Our operating hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00am to 4:30 pm and Tuesday / Thursday from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm.
