AOI & Rework (Production Assembler III)

The Production Assembler III performs limited electrical assembly of products, including the following:  Work within a team environment, read and follow manufacturing procedures and prints.   Always striving for quality to meet or exceed the customers’ expectations. This is a full time, hourly, non-exempt position, eligible for overtime. Range $23-$26 per hour.

Musts:
Ability to read and comprehend instructions written in English and follow established procedures
Good communication skills verbal and written
Excellent hand-eye coordination
Excellent solder skills IPC-610 including ability to rework BGAs, QFNs, QFP
Must be computer literate, inspection using automated optical equipment is preferred (AOI)
Must be a US Person in accordance with United States immigration laws to be considered for this position
 
You’ll stand out if:
Good understanding of quality control principles
Understanding of ERP manufacturing systems
Experience with Lean manufacturing
Have experience operating SMT equipment
A Typical Day Will Include:
Electrical assembly
Training peers
Working in a manufacturing atmosphere using team building, SPC and Demand flow concepts
Maintain and meet production requirements
Report on issues, malfunction or defective parts
 
Education: HS Diploma or GED, technical school degree or equivalent experience preferred
