1. Description of work

• Search, advise and persuade customers to buy trucks and tractors in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Da Nang and neighboring areas.
• Perform the sales process in accordance with the approved sales process. Direct negotiations with customers to sign service and customer care contracts.
• Search and expand the company's customer network. Track, take care of customers and report on the market situation to the Head of Department.
• Understand and understand prices, specifications, equipment by vehicles, competitive advantages of products, products from competitors.
• Understand the customer contact process, the information complaint handling process, the customer information processing receipt process, the payment process, the order process, and the full record.
• Professional reports weekly / monthly / quarterly with Head of Department.
